Return & Exchange Conditions
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the parcel being received.
- When requesting a product return or exchange, a 360-degree opening video of the shipment must be submitted.
- No exchange or return will be accepted without a 360-degree opening video.
- Exchanges are only accepted for product defects, sizing concerns, or instances when the incorrect product was shipped by us.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons other than those mentioned above.
- All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition (unless defective).
Return Process
- To facilitate a return or exchange, customers must arrange a courier or reverse pick-up to send the defective or wrong product back to us.
- We do not offer free pickups for returns; the return shipping arrangement is entirely dependent on mutual agreement.
- If we agree to accept the return, we would make a pickup request within seven working days.
- The exchange procedure will commence as soon as the defective or wrong products are received by us or in our warehouse.
Refund Timeline
- We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy.
- We have a 7-day return policy.
- Replacement and exchange products will be delivered within 7 days.
- Once a refund is processed, it will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
Product-Specific Policies
- Opened products cannot be returned for unknown reasons unless defective.
- For defective products, please provide clear evidence of the defect when requesting a return.
- Certain products may have manufacturer-specific warranty policies that we honor in addition to our standard return policy.
